What Our Pest Control Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Our pest control services for Camden, DE, homes and businesses focus on common pests like ants, roaches, spiders, mice, and rats. We apply treatments according to Delaware pesticide business license requirements under Delaware Code Title 3, Chapter 12, and 3 DE Admin.
Code 1201. All products are used following FIFRA pesticide label directions and restrictions.
For rodent control, we follow EPA rodenticide label disposal instructions. Our technicians are trained under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and we coordinate with the Delaware Department of Agriculture when needed.
We also comply with Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) and Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) regulations where applicable. Work outside this scope such as termite extermination, wildlife removal, or bed bug heat treatments requires a separate agreement.
We also do not treat for pests not listed in your service plan. If you have questions about what is covered, ask before treatment begins.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Changes
We schedule pest control visits by phone or online. You will get a confirmation with the date and time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust routes. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
If you want to add services or change the scope of work, we must approve it first. That means we will provide a revised estimate or agreement before any extra work begins.
This protects both you and us. For recurring services, we will set a regular schedule that works for you.
If we need to change a visit, we will notify you as soon as possible. Weather or emergency conditions may require rescheduling; we will work with you to find a new time. All changes must be agreed upon in writing or by email.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
We provide written estimates before any pest control work starts. The estimate lists the services, the products we plan to use, and the total cost.
Prices are based on the size of your property, the type of pest, and the severity of the infestation. We do not charge for estimates.
Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree to a different schedule in writing. For recurring services, we may bill monthly or per visit as stated in your agreement.
If you request additional work beyond the original estimate, we will provide a revised quote. You must approve that quote before we proceed.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. There are no hidden fees. If you have questions about your bill, contact us within 14 days.
Our Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our pest control workmanship. If pests return within the warranty period because our treatment was not effective, we will re-treat at no extra cost.
The warranty period is stated in your service agreement. The warranty does not cover new infestations, customer interference with treated areas, or treatments performed by other companies.
It also does not cover damage caused by pests before our service. To keep your warranty valid, follow all preparation and after-care instructions we provide.
If you have a problem, call us right away. We will schedule a re-treatment as soon as possible.
This warranty is limited to re-treatment; we do not offer refunds. For termite or specialty services, separate warranty terms apply. The warranty applies only to the original customer and is not transferable.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any pest control service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as structural damage or health issues, that existed before our treatment.
We follow Delaware pesticide business license requirements under Delaware Code Title 3, Chapter 12, and 3 DE Admin. Code 1201.
We also comply with FIFRA pesticide label directions and restrictions, and EPA rodenticide label disposal instructions. Our technicians receive training under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.
We are not liable for pests that return due to weather, neighboring properties, or your failure to follow after-care instructions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under Delaware law.

Evan Miller
Service Expert at Camden Pest Control
I grew up in central Delaware and learned pest work by helping experienced technicians inspect homes and explain what they found. Camden’s humid summers, older homes, and crawlspaces taught me to pay close attention to termite and rodent entry points, and I started this company to give local customers clear, careful service.
